Institutional Strenghthening

The Institutional Strengthening & Leadership pillar is the oldest pillar of Solidarity Foundation. This pillar works closely with Community Leaders of female sex workers and gender sexual minorities at the grassroots level in states like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu. The aim is to strengthen these Community leaders by providing necessary capacity-building support, enabling them to function independently and effectively serve their communities. This approach aligns with Solidarity Foundation’s overall vision and mission of empowering marginalised communities. By working together with these Community Leaders, a more sustainable impact can be created, benefiting the communities in the long run.
